If ordering with MasterCard, VISA, AmEx or Discover, please fax complete order
with credit card information to 813-264-1975 (or call 1-800-636-1690 with credit card information). Order must include:
Quantity and Part Number of each case.
Color of each case (default color is Gray).
Shipping instructions.
Special Instructions.
A completed invoice / charge form will be emailed to you for signature. Your order will complete processing when we
receive the signed charge form. Please fax to 813-264-1975.
Freight charges will be either 1) collect to your freight account or 2) prepaid and billed to your credit card separately.
Government entities and established accounts may order with Purchase Order or Award, please fax complete, signed order to 813-264-1975 (or email to
casesales@cases2go.com). Order must include:
Quantity and Part Number of each case.
Color of each case (default color is Gray).
Shipping instructions.
Special Instructions.
Purchase Order must specify FOB origin unless quote included destination terms.
